Buckinghamshire Council Energy Opt In / Out Form
The Opt-In Window to join Buckinghamshire Council’s Group Energy Contract(s) for a 1st October 2024 start has now closed. If you are still interested in joining the gas and/or electricity contracts, please contact the Energy Management Team (energy@buckinghamshire.gov.uk)
What will you need?
Signatory – A designated individual with the authority to sign off on the Opt-In form on behalf of the company/entity.
Witness – A witness can be anyone over the age of 18 who works at the company/entity.
MPAN – If you are registering an electricity meter, you will need your Meter Point Administration Number (MPAN). This is a unique 13-digit reference that identifies an electrical supply point.
This can be located on your latest billing statement, as shown below, highlighted in yellow:
MPRN – If you’re registering a gas meter, you will need your Meter Point Reference Number (MPRN). This is a unique 8–10 digit number that is used to identify a gas supply point.
