As part of the service, you can have multiple users for the portal, and you can set their level of access. This can be done at the site, building, or even asset level, meaning your team can focus on optimising the energy consumption they are accountable for.

MY ZEERO has been designed to be easy to install, scale, and invest in. We understand that as businesses grow and evolve, so do their requirements. That is why MY ZEERO has been built to be easily scalable. If you want to add more eMeters, they can be quickly installed and will immediately feed into your existing MY ZEERO portal.
We have also made investing MY ZEERO simple too. Depending upon your preference, you can either invest via CAPEX or via a subscription model. If you want to add additional eMeters these can either be paid for via CAPEX or can be added to your existing subscription contract.

Every MY ZEERO eMeter is built and tested in the UK in our production facility. Every eMeter is installed by an engineer who’s been trained on MY ZEERO by our in-house technical team. This is to ensure the highest installation standards and ongoing performance.
Once live, all the data collected by the eMeters is fully encrypted and is transferred via either ethernet, Wi-Fi, or a 4G connection. The MY ZEERO platform is hosted on Amazon Web Services to ensure the highest possible service levels 24/7.
